Analyst, Climate Programme
Hana works at the intersection of gender and environmental justice, translating complex climate issues into actionable narratives. At GSHR, her focus encompasses women’s vulnerability to forest and land fires, as well as Indonesia’s energy transition policies. Through a gender and human rights lens, Hana brings underrepresented perspectives into climate discussions, ensuring that voices often left unheard help shape the path toward resilience and equity.
Hana has served as a Master Trainer for AI Ready ASEAN, an initiative by the ASEAN Foundation and Google.org, following her earlier role as Senior Editor at AN1MAGE.
Her contributions have been recognized with awards such as 2nd Place in the Nagantara Essay Competition 2025 and a Top 10 placement in the Cerah Open Column 2025. She also submitted a poster to WRI Indonesia’s International Young Environmental Scientists Conference 2025 and is currently participating in the 2026 Fellowship Kampanye Isu Lingkungan Berperspektif Feminis at Konde.co, focusing on ecofeminism.
