Ajeng currently contributes as a Climate Programme Analyst at the Centre for Gender, Sexuality, and Human Rights (GSHR), where she supports research and program development on gender, climate change, and environmental initiatives. Her work focuses on examining women’s participation in waste bank management and the intersection of gender and disaster risk.

She also currently works as a Project Officer, supporting the implementation of circular economy and community-based waste management programs through stakeholder engagement, field research, and program coordination.
