Anton leads the Human Rights Programme at GSHR, where he is responsible for developing and coordinating advocacy, educational programmes, and discussions related to human rights and social justice. He has been part of GSHR since 2018.

He has been involved in various GSHR initiatives, including casual discussions on social issues and workshops addressing online gender-based violence. Anton also served as an organiser for a cultural art exhibition and workshop with several grassroots organisations and communities in Bali, where he supported efforts to promote inclusivity through art and community engagement. Anton currently works as a Senior Project Manager in the hospitality industry.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Operational Management from Universitas Airlangga and has completed intensive training in Full Stack Product Management.
