Mayasitha is an analyst for the Gender Programme at GSHR, supporting initiatives on gender justice and equity. In this role, she helps organise public discussions on a wide range of social, political, and cultural topics related to gender, while also building and maintaining collaborations with other programmes and producing research on gender.

Her extensive volunteer experience includes serving as a board member of Rotaract Denpasar (2015-2023), volunteering with Trash Hero Jimbaran (2018-2022), and teaching at Rainbow Dream School (2023). She has also worked as a liaison officer for the Ubud Writers and Readers Festival and the Minikino Film Week Festival on several occasions.

She holds a degree in Communications from Universitas Terbuka. Professionally, she works as an education consultant and programme administrator at the London School of Accountancy and Finance.
