Analyst, Human Rights Programme

As an Analyst in the Human Rights Programme at GSHR, Huspi conducts in-depth research and literature reviews, tracks emerging human rights issues, analyses policy and legal developments, and produces evidence-based briefs to inform advocacy and programmatic strategy.

Huspi’s professional experience spans key global issues, including Women, Peace, and Security (WPS); Youth, Peace, and Security (YPS); and refugee and asylum seeker affairs across Europe and the Asia-Pacific. Huspi also has a strong focus on international human rights mechanisms, particularly engagement with the UN Human Rights Council.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, with a minor in International Security and Peace, from Universitas Brawijaya. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree at Rice University, specializing in International Security and Non-Traditional Security studies.
