At GSHR, Lia oversees all financial activities of the organisation, ensuring transparency, compliance, and responsible resource management. She has been part of GSHR since 2018.

She has over a decade of experience in supply chain, procurement, and financial operations, with a focus on retail and logistics across Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. Her work spans budgeting, import/export coordination, and inventory planning, with a strong emphasis on cost efficiency and operational improvement.

Lia holds a Bachelor of Education from Universitas Mahasaraswati.
