Analyst, Gender Programme

Lintang contributes to gender-sensitive programming and research at GSHR, with a focus on the Women, Peace and Security (WPS) and GEDSI agenda. Outside of GSHR, she is also a Research Assistant at the Center for Security and Peace Studies, Universitas Gadjah Mada (CSPS UGM). An International Relations graduate from the same institution, her work explores the intersections of gender, youth, and conflict studies.

As a junior development consultant, Lintang focuses on synthesising qualitative data into actionable GEDSI strategies, particularly within agricultural value chains. She has supported the development of consultancy reports for the ASEAN Institute for Peace and Reconciliation, Swisscontact Indonesia, and Oxfam in Indonesia. Her writing has been published by Dalang Publishing, and she also has a co-authored contribution forthcoming from Manchester University Press. Lintang is the former President of Girl Up UGM and an alumna of the Global Network of Women Peacebuilders (GNWP) Southeast Asia WPS diplomacy training.
