Nora Wang

Analyst, Gender Programme

Nora supports gender-sensitive programming and policy analysis at GSHR, contributing to research and advocacy aligned with the Women, Peace and Security (WPS) agenda.

She currently serves as Research and Institutions Relationship Manager, leading research initiatives and institutional partnerships in the international education sector, and as Head of Media and Public Narrative at Puan Menulis, where she advances feminist discourse and amplifies women’s voices in public debate. Recognised as Woman Writer of the Month by She Builds Peace, she has published widely on gender-responsive governance, women’s political participation, and the gendered dimensions of conflict and countering violent extremism. She has also been invited as a guest speaker on “Peace, Power and Struggle: 25 Years of WPS from a Young Women’s Perspective.”

Nora holds a Master of Arts in Social Care and Social Justice from Atlantic Technological University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, grounding her work in human rights, structural inequality, and feminist policy analysis.
