Pritania leads the Gender Programme at GSHR, overseeing initiatives that promote gender justice and equity through education, public engagement, and collaborative advocacy. She has been part of GSHR since 2018.

She brings over six years of experience in gender-responsive education and youth development, having managed impactful programmes across Indonesia with organisations such as ChildFund International and East Bali Poverty Project. Her work has ranged from integrating digital safety into national curricula to leading community-driven advocacy against child marriage. Pritania also contributed to policy evaluation efforts with the Indonesian Ministry of Education and has held long-term roles in grassroots organising and human rights education.

She holds a Master’s degree in Education, Gender, and International Development from University College London and a Bachelor’s degree in Literature from the Indonesia University of Education.
