Analyst, Human Rights Programme

Kiky serves as an Analyst for the Human Rights Programme at GSHR, supporting initiatives that advance the rights of marginalised communities in Indonesia. In this role, she contributes to research, written works, and the organisation of public events on human rights issues.

Currently, she works as a Knowledge Management Officer at the Mama Aleta Fund, a non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting Women Environmental Human Rights Defenders (WEHRDs) across more than five regions in Indonesia.

Kiky has deepened her expertise in human rights through a range of specialised courses, including the Online Course on Human Rights and Transitional Justice by Asia Justice and Rights (AJAR), Sekolah Hak Asasi Manusia untuk Mahasiswa (SeHAMA) X by KontraS, and Asia Classroom: Human Rights in Asia by the Asia Alliance Against Torture (A3T).

She holds a Master of Development Studies (Gender and Development) from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Communication Studies from Universitas Lambung Mangkurat. Across her career, she has worked alongside Women Environmental Human Rights Defenders, Indigenous women, trans women, and women from refugee, asylum seeker, and migrant backgrounds. Her work is driven by a commitment to advancing women’s rights and shaping Indonesia’s development agenda to be more inclusive and responsive to the needs of those most often left behind.
