Viona contributes to initiatives that push gender justice and equity into wider public consciousness, helping design public discussions and creating social media content on a broad range of social, political, and cultural topics.

With over three years of research experience, she has worked across topics including online gender-based violence, digital well-being, and marginalized community empowerment. Across this diverse body of work, Viona consistently applies a GEDSI lens to analyse problems and advocate for inclusive, evidence-based solutions.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universitas Airlangga.
